Material Selection

The process begins with selecting the appropriate material based on strength, corrosion resistance, and environmental conditions. Welding and Assembly

For ladder-type or modular trays, joints and connection points are welded to ensure structural stability. Bolting may be used for modular systems to allow disassembly and reassembly. Complex junctions like tees and crosses require precise alignment and welding to maintain integrity .

Surface Treatment

To enhance durability and corrosion resistance, trays undergo surface treatments such as hot-dip galvanization, powder coating, or painting. These treatments protect the trays in harsh environments and extend service life .

Quality Control

Finished trays are subjected to strict quality inspections, including checks for dimensional accuracy, load-bearing capacity, corrosion resistance, and surface finish. Only trays meeting all standards are packaged, often using moisture-proof and shockproof methods, for safe transportation .
